Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

Return Timeframe: Within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Skincare items that are opened (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned product, we inspect it.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

Exchange

If the product is in stock, we can exchange instead of refund.
